A well-structured survey course in computer applications. Students will develop familiarity with the operation of a personal computer and the Windows Operating Systems. Students are introduced to Word Processing using MS Word, Spreadsheets using MS Excel and Graphics Presentation using MS PowerPoint. Internet and E-mail features are also covered. |

Note: It is recommended that you take QuickBooks in conjunction with our Bookkeeping course to learn more about the accounting cycle, accounting principals, and terminology. |

No prior PC knowledge is necessary. |

An intensive course designed to teach students the principles of ABC Stenoscript theory, develop facility in writing and reading Stenoscript and transcribing notes. Students are expected to achieve shorthand speeds of 80 wpm. Special emphasis is placed on use of workbook material for drill and dictation. |
